I really loved the intricacy of the wolves and the use of colors to portrait different traits of the wolves. That last shot was pretty amazing. Awesome job!
The fact that you cut out all of the wolves was impressive. I like the music choice it was very soothing. I like the leather backgrounds, the texture made the video richer. I also liked the message of your movie. I did have some difficulty reading the text; this was not due to size or the speed at which it moved, it was because of the font of some of the words. One last thing the placement of this on your blog makes hitting the button on the video difficult.
This animation is very authentic and done very well. The cut outs are superb and I give you so much credit for taking so much time to hand make and scan each individual piece and then animating it. The story line is very cute while it was playing i felt as if i was flipping through a story book. I really enjoy that the music and graphics creates the image that I think you were trying to convey. Even though there were no words spoken I could hear exactly how each character would speak. I think all your effort was worth it because in the end it came out really good!
You guys made a truly original film, it had an authentic feeling to it and the music, ohhh the music was so good to create an ambiance while watching the video. You put so much time into the wolves and they were so great! I kind of wish you zoomed in a little so I could see some more of the detail because I know you put so much into them! It all flowed so well together. My favorite things were the floating word that looked like a feather and the love word that was beating like a heart. The one critic I would bring up would be that that dark background made the wolves and especially the detail harder to see. I loved the idea of the dark background for the 'bad' wolf' but made a light dark, lol. The film was simple but so effective and thought provoking. I liked not having any other sound besides the music and just all really flowed well. Wonderful job!!
